I think usability testing is the best strategy, especially now that my audience has changed. It focuses on people and their task, and seeks empirical evidence about who improve the usability of an interface. This research method is needed universally for any user approval. I would have foster parents and caseworkers test the website and note what difficulties/questions they had. Since I am part of a local foster care support group in my community, I can reach out to foster parents with children of my second audience ages (newborn to middle school).
This week I had to do a lot of reorganizing. I spoke to my illustrator and we brainstormed different ideas for my new packaging. I started to work on my portal. I finalized my logo.
